Call Center Agent – English

Provide telephone support to customers, passengers, tour operators, and any other person contacting the customer service lines for information and problem-solving. Ensures a quality experience and high levels of efficiency during the call.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and diction.
  • PC proficiency.
  • Availability for a rotating schedule.
  • University student or recent graduate.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Available to work downtown.
