When life throws you a curveball, we help you plug a grand slam into your travel plans. We know they can change, so we offer the best options for you to travel with maximum flexibility.
If you can’t travel on your scheduled date and need to move up or delay your flight, you can do so on our website up to 4 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure, by contacting our contact center, or by visiting us at any of our points of sale.
Changes
- If your ticket is less than 24 hours old and your travel is more than 7 days away, you are allowed a penalty-free change. Fare differences may still apply.
- Each fare has different change penalty conditions that apply according to the type of fare you have purchased.
Tickets are not transferable to other persons.
Cancellations
- If you have any travel inconvenience and wish to cancel your ticket, you must request it more than 48 hours prior to your flight departure date, otherwise additional "no show" charges may apply.
- You can cancel your reservation and get a full refund as long as you do so within 24 hours of your purchase, and if your travel date is more than 7 days away.
- Tickets are non-transferable and generally non-refundable, except in special cases which you can see in our Refund Policy.
- Upon cancellation, your ticket remains valid for a period of one year where you will have the opportunity to rebook, although you may incur additional charges or fare differences.
- If your flight is canceled directly by the airline, whether due to force majeure, or operational or commercial reasons, our customer service agents will make every effort to contact you, advise you of your rights, and rebook you on the next available flight if you wish.
- Bank or administrative fees may apply.
