Baggage Essentials
Our rates include one free checked bag of 23kgs and one carry-on bag plus one personal item that you may bring on board. Additional checked bags and overweight items are subject to space availability on the aircraft and may incur additional charges.
Changes & Cancellations
Additional charges may apply for each change. If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must request it more than 24 hours prior to your flight departure. Your ticket will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Special Assistance
We offer mobility assistance and wheelchairs at all airports where we operate. We also offer transportation service for minors between 5 and 13 years of age. To request this service, please contact us more than 48 hours prior to your flight departure.
Payment Methods
We offer a range of payment solutions to make the purchase of tickets and services as simple and secure as possible. We remind our customers that when making a web purchase with a credit card, you must validate it at the counter before your flight for security reasons.

Flying with Pets
The cost of pet transportation is $100 USD each way. The transportation of pets in the hold is accepted according to availability of space in the aircraft.

Diplomatic Passengers
