In the event that your flight is cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to, air border closures, storms, natural disasters or a WHO-declared pandemic, we recommend you consult this page for full information on Air Century's policies for this type of disruption.
We understand that the current circumstances create uncertainty and impact your travel plans. If your travel was affected by the border closure situation with Haiti, get information on how to cancel or modify your trip here.
For all flight cancellations due to force majeure, we are offering a credit to be used with one year of validity from the date of reopening of your destination.
If your flight could not be operated due to border closures, this credit will be applied automatically.
When it comes time to select a new flight date or use your ticket credit, Air Century will apply a change penalty suspension policy to any ticket issued that has been affected by the border closure of your flight departure.
Any penalty suspension is subject to change as policies change and may only be applied to the first change. Any subsequent changes will be subject to penalty. Fare differentials still apply.
